No Experience Necessary & We Mean It!

From 2 years and up, preschool to college, we have a class for everyone. Our tumbling classes provide a fun and safe environment to learn new skills while promoting fitness, self-esteem, and self-confidence.  Classes are leveled to allow for safe progression through all fundamental tumbling and gymnastics skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings, tucks, layouts and up to fulls.

Recreational Class Options Offered at Flyer Athletics

Our Beginning Tumbling class is perfect for athletes new to tumbling or looking to build a strong foundation. This class focuses on basic tumbling techniques, including forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and round-offs. Athletes will develop strength, flexibility, and coordination in a fun and supportive environment, preparing them for the next level of skills.

Intermediate Tumbling is designed for athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready to advance their skills. This class focuses on connecting tumbling skills and introduces back handsprings, front handsprings, and other Tumbling Skills. Coaches work closely with each athlete to refine technique and build confidence.

Advanced Tumbling is geared toward athletes with strong tumbling foundations looking to master more complex skills. This class emphasizes back tucks, and the connections between advanced tumbling passes. Athletes will work on perfecting technique and power while building consistency for competition or performance.

Elite Tumbling is for athletes at the highest level, focusing on advanced and elite tumbling passes, including twisting skills such as fulls and double fulls. This class emphasizes precision, power, and performance, ensuring athletes meet the demands of competitive cheerleading.

Our Jumps Flex & Strength class is the ultimate training for athletes looking to improve their jumps. This class combines targeted flexibility exercises, plyometric drills, and strength training to help athletes increase height, precision, and form in their jumps. It’s a great complement to any cheer or tumbling program.

Required Skills: Ability to focus throughout the class and interest in sideline cheerleading.

Students will learn basic skills and fundamentals of crowd-leading skills including jumps, spiriting, basic tumbling, tryout tips, core conditioning, strength training, and flexibility. This class is strictly for the progression of sideline skills to prepare for school cheer readiness.  We guarantee superior quality of instruction for all ability levels.
Sideline prep runs from September-March
